We accept payment via WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, and credit cards, with settlement in the customer's local currency. You can make purchases without registering; after placing an order, please contact customer service to confirm stock, flavors, and payment arrangements.

Shipping Methods and Fees

We ship internationally directly from our overseas warehouses, in cooperation with international express delivery channels. In-stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible; delivery to Asia typically takes 2-3 business days, North America and Australia about 7 business days, and Europe and other regions usually no more than 10 business days. Actual delivery times are subject to destination customs clearance and logistics status.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, electronic vaping products generally do not support unconditional returns or exchanges. If the product received has quality issues, is damaged, or does not match the order, please retain the order number, packaging, and product photos, and contact customer service promptly for assistance.

The following situations generally do not qualify for returns or exchanges: purchasing the wrong product, disliking the flavor, purchasing more than needed, or no longer needing the item. For rechargeable products, we recommend completing inspection within three days of receipt.
